Operations and Sales-Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations and Sales Coordinator to join our innovative and dynamic Operations team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in media operations and deliver effective solutions within a thriving and fast-paced work environment.


Reports to: Head of Commercial & Operations

Internal team: Operations team and all Limited Space Staff

External: Shopping Centre and Commercialisation teams, Route, Space & Key Systems

Functions: To manage all data and reporting across LSL’s operational and sales systems including; Livedooh, SPACE, Fusion, Digital Director, Sales Force etc. To assist with sales, operations and commercial requests to ensure a seamless booking process across both Classic and Digital inventory.

Location: Poole or London


Duties & Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders to completion using Fusion.

• Assist with requests from Sales Dpt including provision of campaign ‘mock ups,’ availability requests etc.

• Purchase Orders

• Maintain strong relationships with shopping centre teams.

• Assist with Campaign Delivery matters where required, including; scheduling digital campaigns, campaign monitoring, inventory management, availability requests, distributing play out reports and proof of posting photos.

• Lead in all matters relating to CMS and Booking platforms ensuring all data is up to date in order to allow automation across the business

• Provide appropriate reporting to the business as requested.

• Ensure all site and format maps detailing advertising assets are up to date.


Job Characteristics:

• Product and appropriate industry knowledge and experience.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong IT knowledge, including CMS platforms, excel, powerpoint, photoshop etc

• Analytical mindset with ability to read and present data

• Complete understanding of Limited Space procedures and goals.
