Destination spaces are an incredibly exciting environment to work in right now. They have been the subject of considerable investment over recent years as property companies reimagine them as ‘experience arenas’, spaces in which consumers are served and entertained, not just presented with opportunities to buy.
As they attract larger and broader audiences, they present an increasingly attractive platform for advertisers who now benefit from a greater choice of creative format than ever before. At Limited Space, we offer advertisers both digital and classic networks but whether a brand chooses digital media for its flexibility or classic media for its stature, one of the advantages of working in this environment can be the sheer size of the creative platform. Our banners are arguably one of the best at delivering the combination that Out of Home media does so well – stature, scale and elevation.
Much of the focus in the medium is on digital technology but there’s plenty of development happening in print too. As new printing techniques and materials develop, the landscape for more bespoke, standout and impactful platforms expands. We’re delighted to have recently work with PressOn, one of the UK’s leading large format digital printers, to create two exciting, eye-catching installations recently.
Using a new and bespoke framework, we were able to develop a new tension platform that allows us to create 3D boxes that hang in place as part of our Banner network.
Looking to reach consumers in the pre-Christmas period, Swarovski, the premium jewellery and accessory brand, created a dramatic campaign using box banners with a little added sparkle. Their banners were imagined as present boxes and suspended above visitors ensuring that they could be seen for the greatest possible viewing distance.
Also launching a campaign to support their in-store concessions, Vashi, the fine jewellers offering bespoke and personalised diamond jewellery, also used the new platform for maximum impact at intu Trafford Centre, Manchester. Emphasizing their custom-made collections, Vashi’s installations showcased their ‘I made this for you’ message and displayed their luxury diamond products from each side of the banner.
Through their premium presentation and positioning these banners are unmissable and offer plenty of opportunity to heighten their visibility even further with eye-catching print effects. They offer a number of other advantages too; the frame is reusable meaning that campaigns can be displayed and uninstalled more quickly and the fabric used in the frames is biodegradable.
We’re looking forward to supporting more clients with this exciting new product. If you’re interested in learning more about our banners, please call our Sales team on 0203 793 2820.
